can you believe it? evan is almost 1! we're slowly planning and getting stuff ready since paul and i have pretty packed days... i work til 12 he works from 12-dinner time usually and then we try to take evan out or meet up with friends (and their kids) in the afternoons, make dinner, and by that time we're wiped out

lately evan has been moving around A LOT, surprising us by how close he is to where we are or by how far he has gone... he likes to take a trek to his room to mess with his sound machine or steal a paci from his crib (since he doesn't get to use one unless he's in the car or about to sleep)... or to the bathroom to flush the toilet or spin the toilet paper... or to our room to get to paul's office/our closet... or today he heard me cooking and he immediately made his way over to see what's cookin'
